Design Manager (all genders) – Technical Project Operations

We are currently looking for a Design Manager (all genders) to join our team at our Stuttgart location. With your enthusiasm, you will support our sophisticated retail and window campaigns, ensuring that projects are successfully implemented.

• You combine your expertise in 3D design and design management with structured project management, translating creative briefings into technically feasible retail campaigns within the luxury sector.
• You plan and steer window campaigns with a strong focus on high quality and aesthetic standards, always keeping timelines and budgets on track.
• You act as a direct point of contact for clients regarding technical questions and on-site conditions.
• You contribute your technical knowledge to material selection and create technical drawings as well as production-ready documentation.

• You are responsible for quality gates, manage prototyping, VM, and pre-assembly approvals, and oversee the final on-site installation of window campaigns.

• You have a technical or design background (e.g., product/interior design, theater, or set construction) and bring at least 3 years of experience in 3D design or technical project management.
• You want to apply your strong technical expertise and knowledge of materials directly to project management while advising clients on technical queries.
• You are proficient in at least one 3D and one visualization software tool and have good working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite and MS Office (PowerPoint, Excel).
• Strong communication skills in German and English, enthusiasm for client consulting, and a willingness to oversee on-site installations.
• You work independently, structurally, and responsibly with a keen attention to detail, alongside an interest in fashion, innovation, sustainability, and craftsmanship.
