As an Art Director on our Stuttgart team, you develop holistic visual concepts for phygital brand experiences, retail and event formats, campaigns and brand identities for clients across Automotive & Mobility, Industry & Tech, Healthcare and Consumer Electronics. You take ideas from the first sketch through to final rollout, ensuring they are conceptually strong, visually precise and consistently executed across physical and digital touchpoints.

WHAT YOU DO
- Development of visual concepts, designs and brand identities for brand experiences, retail and event formats, and campaigns for international brands
- Conceptual leadership of projects, from the initial idea and the development of creative directions through to final rollout
- Cross-channel design at the intersection of physical spaces and digital touchpoints
- Close collaboration with Strategy, Motion, 3D, Creative Technology and Development
- Ensuring a high level of design quality and a consistent brand experience across all relevant touchpoints
WHO YOU ARE
- Three to five years of professional experience as an Art Director or Designer in a creative or design agency
- Portfolio of delivered client projects that demonstrates a clear individual conceptual approach, from initial idea through to final design
- Strong sense of typography, composition and attention to detail
- Strong expertise in brand experience, retail and event formats, combined with confidence in campaign development and branding
- Spatial and cross-channel thinking at the intersection of physical and digital environments
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, Figma and Keynote
- Knowledge of motion design, moving image and 3D, particularly After Effects and Cinema 4D, is a plus
- Experience using AI purposefully as a practical tool within concept and design processes, rather than as a buzzword
- Ability to structure concepts clearly and present them convincingly, both internally and in client meetings
