Ab März 2026 suchen wir für unser Team am Standort Stuttgart einen Retail Designer (all genders).

WHAT YOU DO
  • In Abstimmung mit dem Project Management bist du verantwortlich für die Überleitung kreativer Briefingunterlagen in nachhaltige Retail Kampagnen
  • Zu deinen Aufgaben gehört die technische Umsetzung von Fensterkampagnen, wobei du im engen, interdisziplinären Austausch mit Prototyping, Produktion und den kundenseitigen Ansprechpartner:innen stehst
  • Du übernimmst die Materialauswahl und erstellst technische Zeichnungen und Produktionsunterlagen unter Einhaltung der Budget- und Zeitpläne
  • Du verantwortest Quality Gates in Production & Set-Up, weist produktionsnah an und erstellst Kundenpräsentationen für Prototyping, Visual Merchandising und Pre-Assembly
  • Du unterstützt bei der Installation von u.a. Nespresso-Flagship-Boutiquen europaweit
WHO YOU ARE
  • Du hast einen Abschluss im technischen oder Design-Bereich und bringst relevante Berufserfahrung mit, idealerweise mit Bezug zu Prototyping und Produktion
  • Erfahrung im Umgang mit kreativen Briefings (vor allem hinsichtlich technischer Beschreibungen, Kompositionen, Farben & Materialien, Oberflächen sowie Machbarkeit)
  • Du beherrschst min. ein 3D sowie ein Visualisierungsprogramm und bringst Kenntnisse in der Adobe Creative Suite sowie MS Office (PowerPoint, Excel) mit
  • Starke Kommunikationsskills auf Englisch und Deutsch und du bist motiviert Installationen zu begleiten
  • Du arbeitest eigenständig und verantwortungsbewusst und bringst einen hohen Detail-Anspruch sowie Interesse an Innovation, Sustainability und Handwerk mit

We are currently looking for a Retail Designer (all genders) for our team in Stuttgart.

WHAT YOU DO
  • In coordination with Project Management, you are responsible for converting campaign briefings into sustainable retail campaigns
  • Your tasks include the technical implementation of window campaigns, whereby you are in close, interdisciplinary dialogue with prototyping, production and the client
  • You will be responsible for selecting materials and creating technical drawings and production documents while adhering to budget and time schedules
  • You will be responsible for quality gates in production & set-up, provide production-related instructions and create customer presentations for prototyping, visual merchandising and pre-assembly
  • Supporting the installation of Nespresso flagship boutiques across Europe
WHO YOU ARE
  • You have a degree in the technical or design field and relevant professional experience, ideally related to prototyping and production
  • Experience in handling creative briefings (especially regarding technical descriptions, compositions, colours & materials, surfaces and feasibility)
  • You are proficient in at least one 3D and one visualisation program and have knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite and MS Office (PowerPoint and Excel) 
  • Strong communication skills in English and German and you are motivated to work on site at installations
  • You work independently and responsibly and have a high attention to detail as well as an interest in innovation, sustainability and craftsmanship
