WHAT YOU DO
- As a Senior Project Manager (all genders), you enthusiastically plan and organize various window campaigns and projects for our top clients, such as Nespresso, in close alignment with our Key Account Directors.
- With your confident manner, you manage direct client contact and act as their primary point of contact.
- You support our Key Account Directors in ensuring the financial success of our projects and enjoy creatively developing both existing and new client business.
- You are the interface that connects all parts, seamlessly coordinating between our internal departments, our own production facility, and external service providers.
- With a strong sense for budgets and processes, you always keep the big picture in mind across all project phases, ensuring campaigns are completed successfully, on time, and profitably.
WHO YOU ARE
- You bring at least 5 years of professional experience in operational project management or the campaign sector, ideally within an agency environment or related to design, visual merchandising, or production.
- You look forward to managing large-scale, detail-rich projects and bring a fundamental enthusiasm for campaigns, production, and materials.
- You are a true team player with a quick mind, adapting flexibly to new challenges and bringing positive energy into every project.
- You are resilient, remain calm even during dynamic phases, and impress through your strong communication skills when dealing with clients and partners.
- A high degree of responsibility and reliability, as well as business-fluent German and English skills.
