WHAT YOU DO
- You will be the interface between our customers, project management, and our internal logistics department
- You will oversee shipping coordination for our Global Campaign project teams and organize the final packaging check prior to shipment
- You will process international customs clearance and export documents in a timely and accurate manner, taking applicable Incoterms into account
- With your strong communication skills, you’ll easily coordinate individual orders and keep project management up to date at all times
- Through your active involvement, you’ll analyze and optimize processes within your area of responsibility
WHO YOU ARE
- You have completed an apprenticeship in industrial business administration, logistics and transport, wholesale and foreign trade, or a degree in a related field
- At least 1–2 years of relevant professional experience in logistics or project management with a focus on logistics
- You are highly assertive, reliable, and a team player
- You are interested in implementing projects for international brands and the retail sector
- Excellent English and German language skills, as well as excellent proficiency in MS Office, particularly MS Excel - ideally, you also have some experience working with an ERP system
